You should known that the right-angled object is equal to the following components QRLabel, QRMemo, QRDBText, QRDBMemo, QRExpr, QRSysData and  " image" object  to QRImage, QRDBImage of QuickReport.

  FastReport works with bands, son on our blank report, you must click on the band object and deposit it. You are asked what kind of band..

Select title of the state and OK.
Now, on this band add a rectangle object and size it as you wish. Choose a background color with  button. Then click twice on the rectangle object to indicate title.
 
Here on the 1st line, the report title must be indicated, and on the second line, two data system must be added which can be obtened by clicking on the "DB Field" button then "Other" on the combobox.
